Lemon Butter Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic or shallots
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup wine
- 1/4 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp water
- 2 tbsp butter
- herbs
- Saute garlic or shallots on medium low heat in olive oil until aromatic but not burned.
- Add wine, bring to simmer and reduce by half.
- Add lemon juice and flour mixed with water. Cook until thickened.
- Turn off heat and add butter and herbs. Stir until melted.
