Crispy Baked Tofu
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbps garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- salt
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Drain and press tofu
- Toss tofu with olive oil and soy sauce
- Combine dry ingredients and toss with tofu
- Line baking pan with parchment paper
- Cook tofu for 30 minutes
